The Corporation of the City of Cranbrook has completed improvements to the water and sewer systems that are to be supported in part by a frontage tax levy imposed under the following bylaws:

A. Water Frontage Tax Amendment Bylaw
No. 3917, 2017

B. Sewer Frontage Tax Amendment Bylaw
No. 3736, 2011

Notices will be sent the week of March 26, 2018, to each property owner where a change in frontage has occurred. These notices will state the actual and taxable frontage for the property and the frontage tax rates for 2018.

The Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel will be held on the 23rd day of April 2018, at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 40 - 10th Avenue South, Cranbrook, BC, for the purpose of hearing complaints to: 

A. The names of owners of parcels of land
B. The actual frontage of parcels of land
C. The taxable frontage of parcels of land

A complaint shall not be heard unless notice of the complaint has been made in writing to the office of the Collector prior to 4:30 p.m. on the 20th day of April, 2018.
